Job Description

Responsible for business development of OMS services for both rooftop and the utility-scale solar project involving.

Must have experience working in Solar PV Industry.

A regular proactive visit to customer place and market intelligence.

Responsibilities and Duties

Generation of business leads.

Preparation and submission of a business proposal for OMS services of solar project.

Negotiation and finalization of OMS contract.

Monitoring of performance of singed OMS contract on a daily basis.

Single point contact for customers during the execution of signed OMS contract.

O&M Payment follow up, collection & TDS Certificates.

Regular presentation to customers.

Regular interaction with site OMS team on solar project performance.

Regular site visit.

Preparation of sales budget and adherence to sales budget.

Close interaction with industry association and regulators.

Participation in industry seminars and brand promotion.


Skills and Qualifications

Good knowledge of the Solar PV industry. Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development. Good with Communication. Flexible to travel. Strong and viable approach to client management & customer satisfaction. Very good interpersonal skills, influencing skills Flexible to travel extensively and preferably familiar with south regional languages.
